SugarCRM. История внедрения.
"Перед нами стояла задача, как закрыть, проблему, в области управления клиентами и улучшения эффективности работы сбыта.
В ходе проекта , нам предстояло решить , несколько задач:
1. Выбор самой системы;
2. Настройка функционала приложений;
3. Интеграция нашей учетной ERP системы с CRM системой.
Путем проб и исключений, мы остановились на выборе SugarCRM, как наиболее полно удовлетворяющей нас, как по бизнес-процессам, так и по функционалу. Возможность интеграции <сущностей> SugarCRM, в отношении многие-ко-многим, мы не смогли найти нигде более. Таким образом, выбор, был сделан. Выбор компании <Благодир>, произошел еще проще, при поиске на форумах и запросах на поиск интегратора приложения, нам с разных форумов, были даны достойные и адекватные мысли по внедрению. Наш выбор состоялся автоматически, когда мы поняли, при обсуждении идей, что они были даны специалистами одной компании, которые общались с нашими специалистами, не подозревая, что это один и тот же потенциальный заказчик. Такой сервис и расторопность, можно только приветствовать. Мы подписали контракт с <Благодир>. В ходе работы, мы ни разу не пожалели о своем решении. Все работы, были выполнены в срок, несмотря, на то, что некоторые ТЗ, мы создавали на лету, под запись.
Компания продемонстрировала понимание, как процессов и методов CRM | CFA приложений, так и погружение в бизнес-процесс клиента. Возможность виртуального, личного контакта, как с самим г-ном Петром Благодиром, так и с его сотрудниками, очень привлекательна и дает ощущения, того, что все находится под контролем и присмотром. Создание связей, совместно с нашим отделом ИС, на уровне различных БД, говорит о хорошем знании, систем СУБД как основ для построения хранилищ данных.
